# Adding Bengali PDF Generation to an Asterisk PBX
Asterisk does not create PDFs on its own, but many add‑ons (voice‑mail, call‑detail‑reporting, billing) need to output documents in the local language. This guide shows how to install a Bengali Unicode font, set the system locale, and configure a PDF generator (wkhtmltopdf, LibreOffice, or LaTeX) so that every PDF produced by your PBX displays proper Bengali text.
## 1. Install a Bengali Unicode Font
```bash
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install fonts-noto-core fonts-noto-extra # Noto Sans Bengali
# or, for SolaimanLipi
wget https://github.com/solaimanlipi/solaimanlipi/releases/download/v1.0/SolaimanLipi.ttf
sudo mkdir -p /usr/share/fonts/truetype/solaimanlipi
sudo mv SolaimanLipi.ttf /usr/share/fonts/truetype/solaimanlipi/
sudo fc-cache -f -v
Great set of pictures Matthew. I love the colour ones in particular but all are excellent. You’ve really nailed the lighting and composition.
Thanks Jezza, yes I plan to try to use some colour film on the next visit to capture more colour images but sometimes black and white just suits the situation better. Many thanks!
You do good work. I personally like the interaction between a rangefinder camera and a live model moreso than a DSLR type camera, which somehow is between us. Of course, the chat between you and the model makes the image come alive. The one thing no one sees is the interaction. Carry on.
Thanks Tom, yes agree RF cameras block the face less for interactions. Agree it’s the chat that makes shoots a success or not. Cheers!
